Greetings to all in the land eating great food, shoppoing a good markets and cookinfg for family and friends. BUt wait you dont have to cook on Fridays. This weeks menu is a spin on confort food. This is a a dish that my children love it and never leave left overs. The dessert is something new so I am excited.

Chicken enchiladas lasagna: layers if corn torilla shells filled with ground chicken, vegetables and smothered in authentic enchilada sauce and cheeses

Veggie enchiladas lasagna: layers of corn torilla shells filled with crumbles, tofu and vegetables and smothered in authentic enchilada sauce.
Both plates come with: Pico de gallo salad and cumin and sea salt dusted homemade chips
Dessert: Chocolate and vanilla loaf
All plates come with desserts and a beverage.
